A description of the function:
The chains convey the parts by means of the friction force of the chain rollers. The parts create a queue on the conveyor. They may be guided either along the side guide ways or along the central guide bar. The conveyor structure is made of an aluminium profile. The conveyor's modular concept enables the return travel of empty pallets on the conveyor's lower level. In this case, each level has its own drive unit. The pallets are either transferred between levels by hand or automatically using lift stations.
