A description of the function:
The drive unit drives the plate chain. The parts are conveyed by means of friction and they form a queue on the conveyor. A separator or a fixed stop is placed at the end of the conveyor. The chain width is variable according to the specific application. The chain may be made of steel or plastic or equiped with a special coating (rubber, chain dogs). The side plates may be made of steel in the case of a high degree of loading on the conveyor. There can be several chains next to one another.
