A description of the function:
The plastic driving chain is flexible and it conveys the parts along the circulating running surface. There are two separators on the conveyor, one for unloading the finished parts and one for loading the rough parts onto the machine. The parts create a queue and the manually controlled separators for loading the rough parts and unloading the finished ones controls their circulation. The ability of the chain to flex in two axes and the structure of the conveyor modules enables the running surface to have various shapes.
It is possible to use a non-standard chain width or a smaller or larger bend radius (however, the minimum is 150 mm) as required. The conveyed parts must not be pointed on the side lying on the chain.
